Saha (formerly CWS) is transitioning and shifting our reporting responsibilities throughout our Ghana-based team. Shak, who is responsible for supporting the water treatment and solar business in Yapalsi, has been visiting the community to check in on these businesses. While he has made these reports available to the team, he has not been able to update crowdmap. This is a bulk update of his work this summer!

shak visited yepalsi talked to Rahina,Shetu and Sana and they said sale is going great at both centers people come and refill any time they run out. and out of my visits i had 5/6 full from the center and 6/6 charged lanterns poly tank 1/2 way full and all blue drums empty .number of phones charged the last week 36 and 45 batteries.they clean panel every day number of cell plunged in 0 number of batteries 4 sets

shak talked to sana,rahina and shetu and they said sales is going well at both centers but water sales went low due to the rains most people harvested rain water and out of my visits i had 6/4 full from the center poly tank almost empty so i told them to refill all blue drum.used 0 aquatabs and have 5 left

shak visited yepalsi talked to Sana,Rahina,and,Shetu they said every one is harvesting rain water for now ,so sales is about the same as last week,is four days ago  that three buckets came and refilled , and out of my visits i had 6/6 full with rain water poly tank half way full and all blue drums empty used 0 aquatabs this week and have 5 remaining

out of my visits i had 6/6 fully charged lanterns,nothing was plugged in when i arrived  they charged 14 cell and 45 batteries  clean panels this morning but they said due to the low sun light sale on solar is also low

shak visited yepalsi talke to Rahina,Shetu and Sana they said  sales is low every one still harvesting rain water for now and out of my visits i had 5/6 full with rain water poly tank more than half way full and all blue drums empty used o aquatabs this week and have 5 remaining and out of the lab test all come out clear including PT.

out of my visits i had 6/6 fully charged lanterns nothing was plunged in when i arrived ,12 cell phone charged last week and 25 batteries charged.they said sales is low due to the low sun light.

shak visited yepalsi talked to rahina and sana they said sale is about the same as last week due to the rains every one is harvesting rain water so no one came this week to buy water at the center and out of my visits i had 6/6 full with rain water 3 harvested right and 3 not ,poly tank 1/2 way full and all blue drum empty they used 0 aquatabs this week and have 5 remaining

The said sales is a bit low due to the low sun light this days,and out of my visits i had 6/6 fully charged lanterns 3 cell phones and 3 set of battery chargers were plugged in when i arrived 12 cell charged in the past week and 30 batteries charged.

16/9/2014 shak visited and talked to rahin and sana and they said sale is still low because is raining frequently and out of my visits i had 4/6 full with rain water they all harvested right poly tank more than 1/2 way full and all blue drums empty used 0 aquatab

They said sales was good this week because they had sun light and out of my visits i had 6/6 fully charged lanterns 4 cells plugged in when i arived and 4 set of batteries charging 15 cells charged in the past week and 60 baterries sold out.

shak visited and talked to shetu ,rahina and sana and they said water sales is soo low every one is collecting rain water for now because of the frequent rains and out of my visits ihad ⅚ full with rain water poly tank more than half way full and all blue drums empty poly tank came out clear 2 had total coliform and 3 came out clear used 0 aquatabs.

From my visits i had 6/6 fully charged lanterns and when i arived at the center i had 3 cells and 2 sets of battery chargers on charge,12 cells charged in the past week and 28 batteries sold out.panel cleaned this morning

I had 6/6 fully charged lanterns and almost every house is using it for cooking and some too for leaning at night .5 cells on charge when i arived and 4 sets of batteries 22 cell charged in the past week and 35 batteries they cleaned panel this morning and will call if something break.
